Some people might be surprised, but sex was originally God’s idea and his verdict on his creation of male and female – including their sexuality – was that it was “very good”.
But in a broken and fallen world, sex and gender and relationships and identity are all part of humanity’s complicated and damaged existence. For some, it is still good. Yet for many others, it is a confusing, destructive or hurtful area of life.
Starting on Sunday 3rd November, we are devoting two Sunday morning sermons to considering what the Bible really teaches on sexuality and how it squares up to what our culture says on these topics. On Sunday 10th November there will be an extra Q&A session at 7pm – we’ll do our best to answer your questions while staying true to the message of the scriptures.
