Keeping Your Data Safe: Our Updated Privacy Policy

Keeping Your Data Safe

At 360Life Church, we believe that caring for our community goes beyond our services and gatherings—it also means protecting your personal information. Over the past few weeks, our dedicated team has been busy behind the scenes updating our privacy policy to reflect the latest GDPR standards. We want to take a moment to explain what this means for you and why it’s so important to us.

What is GDPR, and Why Should You Care?

GDPR, or the General Data Protection Regulation, is a set of laws designed to protect the privacy and personal data of individuals within the UK and the European Union. It ensures that organizations like ours handle your data responsibly, transparently, and securely. Whether it's your name, contact details, or even the dates of life events you've shared with us, GDPR is all about making sure this information is treated with the respect it deserves.

Why is GDPR Important to 360Life Church?

As a church, we’re all about community and connection. We collect and use personal data to keep in touch with you, to support you, and to provide services that help us all grow together in faith. Whether you're a long-time member, a regular attendee, or someone who’s just connected with us recently, we want you to feel confident that your personal data is safe and being used in ways that honor your trust in us.

What’s New in Our Privacy Policy?

We've updated our privacy policy to make sure it meets the highest standards of data protection. This means we've clarified how we collect, use, and safeguard your data, and we've outlined your rights when it comes to accessing, correcting, or even deleting your personal information.

We’ve also made sure the policy is easy to understand because we believe transparency is key. You can find the full privacy statement on our website HERE. We encourage everyone to take a few moments to read through it and understand how we’re looking after your data.

Your Role in Keeping Your Data Safe

As part of this update, we're asking everyone connected to 360Life Church to review the personal details we have on record for them. You might have already received an email about this. It’s a simple process—just a quick check to make sure we have everything right, and that you’re happy for us to continue holding and using your information. If you haven't had a chance yet, we’d really appreciate you taking a few moments to complete it.

Looking Ahead

Protecting your data isn’t just a legal requirement for us—it’s part of our commitment to you as a valued member of our community. We want to continue building trust with you, knowing that we’re handling your information with the care and attention it deserves.

If you have any questions or concerns about our privacy policy, or about how we use your data, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. We’re here to help, and we want you to feel fully informed and comfortable with the way we operate.

Thank you for being a part of 360Life Church. We’re excited to keep growing together, with transparency and trust at the heart of everything we do.
