British Summer Time

At 1am in the morning of Sunday 28th March, the UK’s clocks will go forward one hour, and British Summer Time, or daylight saving time, begins. This doesn’t mean the summer weather starts – it’s still spring – just that we lose an hour of sleep that night!

Of course, with smartphones and computers, the time updates automatically, but remember to change any other clocks you have around the house!
