Homecoming: Guest Speaker - Sunday 20th July

Guest Speaker Sunday 20th July

We're really excited about our upcoming guest speaker who flys in all the way from New Zealand. Jesus really does connect us across continents and decades!

Ben, was born in Ashton-under-Lyne and after spending his first five years right here in Romiley, Stockport, Ben's family emigrated to New Zealand in 1985. Fast-forward nearly 40 years, and Ben has returned to visit the place where his life began and share with us as a community.

This isn't just any visitor; Ben serves as Associate Pastor of Faith City Church in Whanganui, New Zealand, alongside his wife Jenna-Marie. Their church has grown into a multicultural, intergenerational flagship congregation within the Assemblies of God in New Zealand. Ben's journey of faith began at age 10 at a Christian holiday camp, and his passion for God's Kingdom has driven an incredible ministry spanning youth work, national leadership, and church planting.

For 15 years, Ben directed the Youth Of The Nation Conferences and served as National Youth Facilitator for the Assemblies of God in New Zealand. His heart for seeing young people called into their purpose and commissioned for God's mission is infectious. We're absolutely delighted to welcome Ben home to Stockport and hear what God has been doing through his life and ministry in New Zealand.

You've got to be there! Sunday 20th July 10:30am
